Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat the oil.
Step 2
Add meat, onion and garlic and cook until meat is browned and onions are soft.

Put all the ingredients (except the endive)into a crock pot.
Step 4
Set on low for 6 or more hours.
Step 5
Add the endive just before serving.
