My husband is a hunter and we're always looking for different recipes for venison. I am not usually a fan of venison, but this was really good! We had some bread and salad to complete the meal. Made for Culinary Quest 2015/LBOB

I prepared this dish, because I saw that this was a complete meal (with addition of bread) and because I wanted to prepare something Native American. It was easy to assemble and while it was cooking I had plenty of time for other things. We loved this, especially my son who took this 3 times! Thanks a lot for this unusual post!
