Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, then generoulsy grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Step 2
Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Step 3
Using an electric mixer mix cream cheese and next 3 ingredients until smooth and well combined (start with 1 cup of sugar adding in more if needed).
Step 4
Stir in pineapple until well combined.
Step 5
Stir together the cooked egg noodles with 1/4 cup melted butter, and cream cheese mixture.
Step 6
Transfer into baking dish.
Step 7
Stir together cereal, cinnamon, and remaining 1/4 cup melted butter; sprinkle over noodle mixture.
Step 8
Bake at 45 to 50 minutes or just until set.
