Tastes like a weekend type of omelet you get at a really good neighborhood breakfast place while on holiday. Serious, that’s what it reminds me of. This is so good and it's so huge...the hubby and I shared it...it's very cheesy...I sliced up the sausage links and cooked them before adding in the diced ham...made for "FYC" and "Billboard" tag games...
