This recipe made a great Saturday night Burger. I cut the recipe back to 3 burgers used 3 jalapenos but I confess that I did remove some seeds. Instead of putting the salsa in the middle of the two patties I mixed half of the salsa in with the meat and when serving topped the burgers with the other half of the salsa. The consistency of the burger is perfect for sealing the two patties together. Thanks SingleDadChef for another "do again" burger 28 Dec 2013 Made again, followed recipe completely Mmm good. I had 4 rounds of Jalapeno in the burger. The heat was great. 10 Jan 15 I must really love this recipe it's the third time I've made it! Mmm Good. This time I served it on a whole wheat tortilla

Oh wow, did we love these burgers. Just the right amount of heat for us. These went great with some Mexican rice I made. We plan to have these yummy burgers sometime soon again!
