Step 1: Mix together ground beef, onions, milk, garlic, salt and pepper. Form into 8 equal size patties.
Step 2: On 4 patties top each with 1/4 cup salsa, 1/4 cup shredded Jack cheese and as much jalapeno as you want. Then top with remaining patties and press edges together very well to seal the patties.
Step 3: Grill over medium heat for 12 minutes, turning once after 7 minutes.
Step 4: Serve on grilled or toasted buns with favorite toppings.
