"A refreshing summer drink. Have berries, lime juice, water and wine well chilled before making. Substitute 3 cups chilled club soda or seltzer water for the wine, for a non-alcoholic version. This calls for agave nectar, but honey could be used. Agave is sweeter than honey so you may have to add more honey to taste."

This wonderful drink was served on a warm summers night, and was very refreshing. Using the sparkling wine option, this made for a lovely alcoholic drink, which was enjoyed by those who drank this. I only had a small taste but next time I will cut down just a little on the mint, but only to suit my tastes, as that is because I am not really a lover of mint, but it would be only for my own preference as everyone else absolutely loved it as it was served.
