O.M.G. ... I am in LOVE! I halved this recipe...ummmm all for myself! I used a sparkling wine, and doused the sugar cube in the bitter and went on from there! Three cocktails later....... I am struggling to review AGAIN.... I had a problem.... as per the norm with Pat's wonderful recipes... (I seem to be cursed when I do a Pat recipe...AND always my fault) I knocked the drink over taking a photograph..... I went into meltdown!!! So I hope the photo does me proud..... hic...hiccccc...HICCUP... & little burp! All in all..... I am making this again and again. I love the spicy flavors that the bitters add to this recipe. A must try recipe for a good night!
