"This is as titled a basic sauce for stir-fry. Very simple to put together with lovely flavours. I use this with chicken or pork."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

If using meat in stir fry, cook meat first in 1/2 the sauce.

Step 2

Set cooked meat aside.

Step 3

Cook veggies in remainder of sauce.

Step 4

Add cooked meat to mixture, heat through and serve.

Wow this was so good, I used it for stir-fry chicken, the only change I made was I used fresh minced garlic and added ton of chili flakes, I love trying out new stir-fry sauces and this one is a winner for sure!
