Step by Step Method

Step 1

Saute onion and garlic over low heat until golden, being careful not to burn the milk solids in the butter.

Step 2

Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil, sambal oelek (chili garlic sauce), and salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 3

Toss with hot steamed broccoli and serve.

Yum... this is spicy good...I cut the recipe in half and used my homemade sambal oelek recipe posted here on zazz...I made it during the time it was so hard to find...I served this with rice and fried tilapia for a wonderful meal...made for "Billboard" tag game...thanks for sharing your recipe...
