"This is an easy "Do Ahead" recipe for those busy Holiday or other times. The gingery flavour goes great with Chicken or roast beef. I like to use butternut or acorn squash but other winter squash may be used. It is also nice to have some buttered crumbs on top - just sprinkle them on before popping it into the oven"

This tasted even better than I thought it would. We loved the spice and orange addition which added to the overall flavor. I am setting this aside in a special place to make sure I have for Thanksgiving this year. My family will fall in love with it!

Squash is a must during the holidays and this looked like one we all would like. It was delicious and went so good with our Thanksgiving meal. We loved it so much that I plan to have it for Christmas too!
