Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cups Squash, peeled, cubed, cooked until tender
  • 2 tablespoons butter ot margerine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh gingeer, grated
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: When your squash is cooked mash it

  • Step 2: Add all the remaining ingredients, mix well

  • Step 3: Serve now or cover it and place in fridge until 45 minutes before serving

  • Step 4: If you have it in the fridge let it come to room temperature, then pop it into a 350f oven for 25 minutes
