Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large salad bowl toss the spinach, radishes, scallions, half of the nuts, half of the raspberries and half of the kiwis with the dressing. Top with the remaining nuts, raspberries and kiwis. add scallions, if desired.
Step 2
To make the dressing: combine dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid; shake well.
