Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large salad bowl toss the spinach, radishes, scallions, half of the nuts, half of the raspberries and half of the kiwis with the dressing. Top with the remaining nuts, raspberries and kiwis. add scallions, if desired.

Step 2

To make the dressing: combine dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid; shake well.

This is one heck of a delicious salad! The fruits and remaining ingredients all come together so well with great results. I wound up leaving out the pine nuts because I was all out. I also used about 1/2 cup of oil instead of the full amount and added a pinch of ground black pepper and salt. It came out fantastic! Thanks ellie, for sharing.
