"I saw a salad similar to this one but it had fruit in it. I didn't want fruit. So this is my idea of a spinach salad."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put all if these ingredients into a bowl as you prepare it except for the last 3 ingredients
Step 2
Tear spinach in smaller pieces and remove stems.
Step 3
Cut tomato into bite size pieces. ( I just used the bite size whole ones and cut them in half.)
Step 4
Dice avocado
Step 5
Slice or slice egg
Step 6
In a small bowl mix the mayo, sour cream and lemon juice. May add a pinch of salt if you like.
Step 7
Mix well. Add a dollop to your salad and mix it up to coat pieces.
Step 8
