Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 large egg ( hard boil)
  • 3/4 cup tomato
  • 1/2 avocado, small
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put all if these ingredients into a bowl as you prepare it except for the last 3 ingredients

  • Step 2: Tear spinach in smaller pieces and remove stems.

  • Step 3: Cut tomato into bite size pieces. ( I just used the bite size whole ones and cut them in half.)

  • Step 4: Dice avocado

  • Step 5: Slice or slice egg

  • Step 6: In a small bowl mix the mayo, sour cream and lemon juice. May add a pinch of salt if you like.

  • Step 7: Mix well. Add a dollop to your salad and mix it up to coat pieces.

  • Step 8: Enjoy!!
