Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put cubed watermelon and sparkling water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain to remove pulp.
Step 2
Pour into large pitcher. Add tequila, lime juice, sweetener and pepper slices. Chill.
Step 3
To serve: spread Tajin seasoning and sea salt on a plate. Rub lime wedge on rim of each serving glass and dip into salt mixture. Add ice, pour in punch and enjoy!
