What a great dish! I had one leftover hot pepper brat from the other night, so I sliced that in, too. Used a little less pasta or mayo than called for to lighten it up a bit. I loved the idea of blanching some of the veggies. Used a steamer pot and cooked the paste in the water while steaming the veggies. Worked so well and DH loved it.

Yummm, quick and easy salad which brings out the aromatic scent and taste of the sesame seed oil. Will certainly add this to my summer salads. Thanks for sharing with us.

I scaled this back for 1 serve and then halved the amount again only omitting the asparagus and using soba noodles and I still battled to get through my serve but it was oh so delicious, thank you TeresaS, made for For You Consideration tag game at FF&FF.
