Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound dry linguine pasta
  • Sesame oil
  • 90 grams green onions (1 bunch, cut 1-inch diagonally and blanched)
  • 1 1/4 pounds broccoli (1 bunch, trimmed, cut into florets)
  • 30 grams pea pods (1/4 cup Chinese pea pods, cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
  • 1 pound asparagus, cut into 1-inch diagonally and blanched
  • 1 red pepper (cut julienne)
  • FOR CHILI MAYONNAISE
  • 3 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon oil (chili oil)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest(optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook linguine al dente in boiling, salted water.

  • Step 2: Drain and transfer to a large bowl, sprinkle lightly with sesame oil to prevent sticking.

  • Step 3: Cool, and add green onion, broccoli, pea pods, asparagus and the red pepper to the mix.

  • Step 4: In a medium bowl mix together Dijon chili mayonnaise ingredients.

  • Step 5: Add mixture to linguine and mix thoroughly.

  • Step 6: Serve cold.
