"The Mango sauce is quite peppy but to make it spicier just add more sriracha. The Panko crumbs make these patties very easy to handle. These patties are firm and very mild fish taste. Try serving these as burgers!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix together the mango, yogurt & sriracha sauce..Cover & refrigerate.

Step 2

Mix together the salmon, panko, egg, parsley, onion, cayenne, salt & pepper.

Step 3

Form into 4 patties.

Step 4

Heat oil in a skillet.

Step 5

Add patties and fry over medium high heat.

Step 6

Flip the patties after apprx 4-5 minutes (they should be golden).

Step 7

Continue frying until done, apprx another 4-5 minutes.

Step 8

Serve with the Mango Sriracha sauce.
