Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix the yogurt cheese and garlic powder together in a bowl; spread over bottom of a medium sized serving platter mounding a tad bit in the middle.

Step 2

Mix the seafood cocktail with the Sriracha sauce and the chilli powder; spread over the yogurt mixture.

Step 3

Place the crab or seafood over the seafood sauce and top with green onion stems.

Step 4

Sprinkle with pepper and serve with your favourite crackers or nacho chips.

The first time out I made this with shrimp and it is now sitting in the fridge. I made it last night and just tested it to see how it tasted. It is delicious on a cracker and I look forward to serving it at my first barbecue of the year today on Memorial Day!
