Step 1: Mix the yogurt cheese and garlic powder together in a bowl; spread over bottom of a medium sized serving platter mounding a tad bit in the middle.
Step 2: Mix the seafood cocktail with the Sriracha sauce and the chilli powder; spread over the yogurt mixture.
Step 3: Place the crab or seafood over the seafood sauce and top with green onion stems.
Step 4: Sprinkle with pepper and serve with your favourite crackers or nacho chips.
