"Easy and quick to prepare. I love chicken or turkey fingers ... well done my way with panko crumbs and a bit lighter batter; but this sauce is just as good as a condiment for ham steaks, grilled chicken breasts, pork tenderloin, or pork chops."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cranberry ... You can use the jellied cranberry; but if using the whole cranberry, I like to puree it slightly in the food processor. I just prefer the texture better.
Step 2
Sauce ... Mix everything together, transfer to a serving dish and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. As I said, serve with chicken or turkey fingers, over grilled turkey or chicken, pork tenderloin or chops; and especially good with with grilled ham steaks. ENJOY! Note: Add some fine minced pecans to the sauce as well.
