Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
In a large bowl mix all meatball ingredients together.
Step 4
Form 1 inch sized balls and place on cookie sheet.
Step 5
Bake for about 15-20 minutes (until browned and not raw in the middle anymore).
Step 6
For the sauce: In a medium skillet mix all ingredients together. Cook stirring until simmering.
Step 7
Add meatballs; simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Serve with cooked rice. topped with green onions.
