This was so easy to put together and I loved the flavor on Tilapia. I would definitely use this again.

Very tasty seasoning. I might add some cayenne next time, since my chili powder is quite mild. Used it for a tilapia recipe.

KATO BABY

5 stars for Linky. What a great spice mix. I didn't have to buy anything...yeah. It was quick and easy to make and best of all tastes great. Even the picky dh enjoyed it. I made it to use in Ethiopian Sirloin Steak and Roasted Tomato Salad. Thanks so much for sharing. Made for CQ4

Daily Inspiration

Made this seasoning mix tonight to go on some Ethiopian Spicy Chicken. I loved the fact that it used spices that I readily have on hand and that I enjoy using. I only had to grind the fenugreek seeds. This makes just enough for a couple of dishes and it's easy to make again if you need it.

I've never had this seasoning before so wasn't sure what to expect. We've enjoyed it on wings and with sauteed mushrooms so far. This made just a little less than 2 tablespoons for me. Thanks for sharing, Linky. Made for CQ4.
