Step 1

Sift all dry ingredients. Melt butter in separate small bowl.

Step 2

In large mixing bowl mix slightly cooled melted butter, milk, and egg yolks.

Step 3

While continuing to mix add in dry ingredients (about a 1/3 cup at a time) until each addition is fully incorporated.

Step 4

Set aside and whip egg whites in another bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into first mixture.

Step 5

Cook using waffle iron.
