Step 1: Sift all dry ingredients. Melt butter in separate small bowl.
Step 2: In large mixing bowl mix slightly cooled melted butter, milk, and egg yolks.
Step 3: While continuing to mix add in dry ingredients (about a 1/3 cup at a time) until each addition is fully incorporated.
Step 4: Set aside and whip egg whites in another bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into first mixture.
Step 5: Cook using waffle iron.
