"I came up with this for a recipe contest to put on a pumpkin cake. It would be great on any cake that orange and nutmeg would compliment. This makes enough to frost 1 loaf cake or 12 cupcakes. "

I made a vanilla cake and used this frosting. It was mildly orange flavored with a nice flavor from the nutmeg. It was really delicious and I especially loved using walnuts on top. This is a new favorite frosting for me and I will be passing this on! Thank you T! Linda
