Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place chickpeas in food processor along with the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and Moroccan seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Puree until smooth.
Step 2
Adjust seasoning to your taste, if needed.
Step 3
COVER and chill for at least an hour until ready to serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Step 4
Serve with pita chips or carrot sticks for dipping. You can also use it as a spread in a veggie wrap.
