Step 1: Place chickpeas in food processor along with the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and Moroccan seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Puree until smooth.
Step 2: Adjust seasoning to your taste, if needed.
Step 3: COVER and chill for at least an hour until ready to serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Step 4: Serve with pita chips or carrot sticks for dipping. You can also use it as a spread in a veggie wrap.
