"This is a great tasting muffin that is so easy to put together. You can find the recipe to the brown rice flour bread I use for this recipe here #recipe25178"
Whisk together the brown rice flour blend, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, xanthan gum, salt and allspice; set aside.
In a large bowl blend together the coconut palm sugar and coconut oil with an electric mixer at medium speed; add the eggs one at a time.
Add the flour mixture and applesauce alternatively until well blended.
Pour into 18 greased muffin tin holes;
Place in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or a toothpick inserted in the middle of muffin comes out clean.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
