"I like to serve this in a crock pot for the holidays. I keep a ladle in the crock pot so guests serve themselves. I am hoping to try this with blackberry or boysenberry juice this year rather than orange juice. Recipe out of an old cookbook Mom gave me when I got married."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place juices and cloves in large saucepan on stove, bring to a boil, remove from heat.

Step 2

Strain out cloves and add cinnamon sticks. Transfer to a crock pot and keep warm up to 6 hours.

Step 3

If you want to avoid two pots, heat the juices to boiling in the crockpot, with the cloves tied in cheesecloth. Then turn down, remove the cloves and add the cinnamon.
