""Out of an old 1998 WW cookbook called "15 Minute Cookbook" I have this marked as "great". If you don't care for the strong lemon like flavor of cilantro you can substitute parsley if you prefer. This is great served with black beans, pineapple wedges and fresh strawberries. This had 4 points on the old program. Hope you enjoy!""

These were GREAT! Loved the hit of lime juice. I used hot salsa this time and it was a smidge too hot for me so next time I would adjust down to a medium. But the flavor was amazing and the pork chops were super tender! I followed the recipe as directed, except I seasoned the pork chops with some salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder before searing.

Such a quick and easy main dish. I like that it's healthy, too. The salsa and lime combo was tasty and paired nicely with the pork chops and rice. Thank you!

Oh yum, oh yum, oh yum! I had a 1-pound pack of pork cubes that needed to be used up. So I pounded them a bit and then cooked them as if they were chops. Served with cilantro (coriander) and a dollop of sour cream. I recommend those additions as well as some salt.

Made these last week and enjoyed every bite! I too like using the hot salsa. I sprinkled with parsley. Super easy and so good it will see to repeats for sure.

Very good pork chops which we enjoyed. our salsa was mild-medium which was what was on hand and we used parsley instead of the cilantro. a great dish! thanks for sharing!
