  • 1/3 cup salsa ( I like hot)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro( or parsley)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over high heat until hot.

  • Step 2: Press chops with palm of hand to flatten slightly; add to skillet and cook 1 minute on each side or until browned.

  • Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low.

  • Step 4: Combine salsa and lime juice; pour over chops.

  • Step 5: Simmer, uncovered, 8 minutes or until chops are done.

  • Step 6: If desired, sprinkle chops with cilantro.
