"I have only used this on chicken. But you might want to try it on other meats. It is delicious with a squeeze of fresh lime."

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

Step 2

If using on chicken, rub chicken pieces all over with rub, and coat with cooking spray.

Step 3

Bake or grill (using direct and indirect heat) until chicken chicken is no longer pink near bone.

Step 4

Serve with fresh lime wedges.

I make lots of rubs and marinades in the summer especially and this is great with chicken wings. The whole gang was here and I used this rub for all our chicken. Had to adjust the amounts but that didn't take but a minute. Great wings using your rub Luvcookn!
