Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F.

Step 2

Melt the butter and saute the onions and bell pepper.

Step 3

Blend in flour and seasonings.

Add milk gradually.

Stir until thickened.

Add cheese and stir until melted.

Step 7

Remove from heat and add olives and hominy.

Step 8

Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs, and bake for 30 minutes.
