Step by Step Method
Step 1
Separate broccoli florets and dice the tender stalk (you made need to peel the stock beforehand)
Step 2
Cover with water and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3
Drain well and cook bacon until crisp, crumble.
Step 4
Add salad ingredients to broccoli and toss.
Step 5
Mix dressing.
Step 6
Toss with salad, seasoning lightly to taste.
