Step by Step Method
Step 1
Whisk dressing together. You may need less vinegar and a little oil. This was when they didn't use oil.
Step 2
Add romaine lettuce, mushrooms and apricot to bowl.
Step 3
Season lightly.
Step 4
Meanwhile, heat bacon and cook until crisp and remove.
Step 5
Add almonds.
Step 6
Sprinkle bacon and almonds over salad.
Step 7
Add dressing to taste.
Step 8
Season to taste.
