Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a bowl whisk eggs with sour cream until blended. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Melt butter in skillet. Add onion; cook until tender. Pour in egg mixture, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cook over medium-low heat until done

Step 3

Turn portions of egg mixture with spatula as it begins to thicken; do not stir and do not overcook.

Well, who knew something so simple as scrambled eggs could taste so fabulous! I did use fresh chives from the garden rather than green onion, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly and I could not be happier with them. Definitely going into my "eat this often" file!
