Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix dressing, sugar & thyme
Step 2
Add sweet potatoes and toss
Step 3
Pour off the dressing mixture & reserve
Step 4
Transfer the sweet potatoes to an oven proof pan large enough to hold the potatoes and chicken. Add chicken
Step 5
Pour over the reserved dressing
Step 6
Toss the potatoes & chicken so they are covered with the dressing
Step 7
Pre-heat oven to 375F
Step 8
Bake for 1 hour or until the sweet potatoes are tender
Step 9
Pour dripping over the chicken when serving
