Step 1

Whisk together the milk and pudding mix until thick. Whisk in cool whip. Use a rubber spatula to make sure all of the pudding from the bottom of the bowl has been incorporated. Whisk in the cinnamon and the flour. Mix in white chocolate chips if desired.

Step 2

Spoon into dessert dished. Refrigerate until serving

This really does taste like a snickerdoodle! I made it healthier by using fat free-no sugar added instant pudding, and fat-free Cool Whip. Great easy dessert that we will be having again.
