Smokin' Shish Kabob Marinade
"Just messing around in the kitchen one day to make something different for a marinade. Put this together, added meat and fridged it over night. Next night for dinner lit up the grill and next thing I knew had neighbors comin' over to see what smelled so good! Since this is a marinade the cook time is the marinading time."

Step by Step Method

Mix all ingredients well.

Reserve about 1/2 of marinade.
Step 3
Put meat into a large sealable plastic bag and seal tightly.

Soak meat in this mixture for at least 6 hours.
Step 5
Over night is better.
Step 6
Turn meat over occasionally.
Step 7
Put shish kabobs together.
Step 8
Place on hot grill.
Step 9
Brush with marinade 3-4 times during cooking.

Good for beef, pork, or chicken.
