This marinade was great in flavoring and tenderizing my roast. Delicious with garlic mashed potatoes, salad and rolls.

Great marinade! The beef takes on the beautiful flavours of the marinade and is just delicious. I did not have mustard so used a prepared mustard, but will making sure to have some in the pantry for next time!

This is a great marinade. I used it on a roast that I did in my smoker. This was exactly what I was searching for in flavor to go with that nice smokiness from the smoker. A hit here!

My wife made this roast and after sitting for 20 minutes I carved it up. It was very tender and melted in our mouths. The marinade made the meat taste extra good and I will use it many more times, perhaps on other meats.

I used it to make a 4 pound rump roast on the grill and we loved it a lot! I didn't cook it directly on the heat so it cooked low and slow resulting in a very tender roast loaded with flavor from this delicious marinade!

I love the flavour of this marinade, deeeelsih!!! I made this to marinate a moose roast. I let it marinate overnight and then cooked it in the crockpot with taters and carrots. The meat was very tender. Great marinade recipe Mikekey.
