"Steak Marinade For Inside Or Outside Grilling This is a special marinade for steak that I use all the time. It is extremely easy to make and the nice thing about it is you probably have all the ingredients to make it in your cupboard. Don't add the juice from the marinade to your pan if you are cooking it inside. It will boil the steak and it won't be as good. It's okay if your in a hurry to eat because you can marinate the steaks for a short time and they will still taste great! Make sure you bring your steak to room temperature before grilling. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. I find this amount is good for 3-4 steaks. You can easily double the recipe depending on how many steaks you are grilling. Place marinade and steaks into a freezer bag and marinade overnight or at least 30 minutes. Throw away marinade after use. Cook steaks how you desire."
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl and stir to mix the ingredients together.
Add in marinade then add the steaks into a gallon size Ziplock freezer bag and marinade 30 minutes-overnight. (it has great flavor even after 30 minutes).
Throw any leftover marinade away after use. Cook the steaks to your desired doneness.
Take the steaks off the grill or out of the pan and let them sit on a plate for a few minutes to distribute all the juices before serving.
