"I use this marinade on lamb chops for the family for dinner. The family love the added flavour. This is just enough for 5 lamb chops. Preparation time does not include marinating time."

Step 1

Place lamb chops in a large shallow dish.

Step 2

Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, honey, mustard's, oregano, salt and pepper and pour the mixture over chops. Toss and rub in coat. Lay extra fresh rosemary over top of chops.

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to grilling.

Step 4

Grill chops on both sides, until grilled to your liking.

Spectacularly wonderful! I marinated 1" chops for 5 hours and then barbecued them. The balsamic is key to this marinade. Definitely a keeper and will be made again. Thank you for sharing Tisme! Made for Pick Me! tag game.
