  • 3/4 cup Italian salad dressing (oil type)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil ( light tasting olive oil)
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Celery salt, 2 dashes
  • Ground mustard, 2 dashes
  • Garlic powder, 2 dashes
  • Onion powder, 2 dashes
  • Dry b-b-q seasoning, 2 dashes
  • 5 drops liquid smoke
  • Your choice meat cubes (no fish)
  • Your choice vegetables

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients well.

  • Step 2: Reserve about 1/2 of marinade.

  • Step 3: Put meat into a large sealable plastic bag and seal tightly.

  • Step 4: Soak meat in this mixture for at least 6 hours.

  • Step 5: Over night is better.

  • Step 6: Turn meat over occasionally.

  • Step 7: Put shish kabobs together.

  • Step 8: Place on hot grill.

  • Step 9: Brush with marinade 3-4 times during cooking.
