Step 1: Mix all ingredients well.
Step 2: Reserve about 1/2 of marinade.
Step 3: Put meat into a large sealable plastic bag and seal tightly.
Step 4: Soak meat in this mixture for at least 6 hours.
Step 5: Over night is better.
Step 6: Turn meat over occasionally.
Step 7: Put shish kabobs together.
Step 8: Place on hot grill.
Step 9: Brush with marinade 3-4 times during cooking.
Step 10: Good for beef, pork, or chicken.
