Smoked Salmon & Egg Wraps With Mustard Mayo (Plus A Vegetarian Option)
"Here's another recipe from bbcgoodfooddotcom w/an idea I adore -- It has my guests do the work instead of me. It's like fondue, but no-cook so even better. Originally published in the June 2010 issue of Good Food Magazine, all you do is a little work in advance, assemble the ingredients on a tray (or platter) & then invite your guests to build their own wrap as an appy or starter course. So cool! It's also fun & family-friendly since kids can pick & choose. (Time does not include time to hard-boil & cool the eggs, but 15 min was allowed for ingredient prep & assembly) ENJOY!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the mayo & mustard. Divide mixture into 2 sml bowls & then stir the diced onion into 1 of the bowls so you can serve as a choice between the mixture with or without onion.
Step 2
Arrange the rest of the ingredients on a tray or platter.
Step 3
TO ASSEMBLE: Invite your guests to build their own wrap by spreading a layer of their mayo choice over the tortilla & adding other ingredients as they desire. Roll the tortilla tightly & cut each wrap on the diagonal into 2 pieces. There will likely be extra mayo, so more may be used as desired.
NOTE RE VEGETARIAN OPTION: The recipe included a tip that a vegetarian-friendly option can also be created by adding strips of drained roasted red peppers from a jar so they can be subbed for the smoked salmon
