Step 1

Preheat oven to 350f.

Step 2

Pour oil in a 9 X 13 ovenproof pan, spread it around.

Step 3

Add chops in single layer.

Step 4

Cover with the potatoes.

Step 5

Sprinkle on the salt and pepper.

Add garlic.

Step 7

Pour over the tomatoes.

Step 8

Bake covered for 60 minutes.

Step 9

Uncover put chops on top bake for a further 15 minutes.
