Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a skillet brown sausage and onions. Drain grease and remove to a bowl.
Step 2
Brown the hash browns in the same skillet.
Step 3
Break eggs and whisk with salt and pepper.
Step 4
When hashbrowns are brown, make a well in the middle and add eggs, stirring to scramble them.
Step 5
When eggs are almost done, add sausage back in and stir to combine.
Step 6
Serve!
