  • 12 ounces hash brown potatoes (shredded or cubes)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a skillet brown sausage and onions. Drain grease and remove to a bowl.

  • Step 2: Brown the hash browns in the same skillet.

  • Step 3: Break eggs and whisk with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4: When hashbrowns are brown, make a well in the middle and add eggs, stirring to scramble them.

  • Step 5: When eggs are almost done, add sausage back in and stir to combine.

  • Step 6: Serve!
