Step 1: Warm a lightly sprayed skillet over medium heat add ham steak, cover and cook for about 4 - 5 minutes
Step 2: Flip the ham add honey mustard, cover, continue cooking for a further 4-5 minutes. The ham should be lovely and golden - watch you are not browning it too much. Cut into 2 pieces and serve
